Sales Representative

This new position for a talented inside sales role is a full time position with flexibility to agree the hours worked and around primary school holidays. It offers continuous development and growth opportunities centered on a learning path. You will be directing customer engagements through our sales process. Coaching and mentoring programs are in place and offers excellent career opportunities and continuous personal development all while being part of an an open and flexible team working environment.


The position will be based at Aladdin offices in Deansgrange, Co. Dublin.

What you will be doing?

The role is a sales position and ensuring the long term success of our customers.

There will be a 3 month onboarding and enablement program, during which you will:

  • develop a deep understanding of our software and the educational sector
  • learn critical soft skills and sales skills you'll need to develop into your role
  • learn about the role you will take on

From the three month mark, you will:

  • work as a full-fledged member of the team
  • carry own responsibilities toward team goals
  • build your practical skills and expertise through real life customer and internal projects
  • make valuable contributions to our customers through direct engagements

The compensation package will be discussed at interview and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The company supports work life balance and offers the successful candidate the option to choose full time or school term time working.
